There are many ways to control your body and your mind. Everyone has their own way of controlling their body. Some don't even need exercise, but exercise helps your body to stay warm all the time. Exercise protects us from dangerous diseases. There are dangerous substances we use, such as tobacco and alcohol. Although alcohol does not cause much damage to the body. There is food that kills the body's immune system, but everything when we overdose it causes a lot damage. That's why it's important to keep your body. Exercising is not a simple task, your body gets tired. I always spend all the time I get with exercise, which helps me. What helps is having someone to help you, whether it be a friend or a family member. Children may exercise at all times. Long distance walking is the best way to exercise.
Start by standing with legs crossed, hands down on your thighs. Do not move. Hold your breath for a quarter of a minute and release your breath again. Do it three or five times. Then release your legs. When doing this, keep your head down so you do not feel dizzy.
