Wash underwear with a soap containing a small amount of detergent and without fabric softener. Don't forget to also change your underwear regularly, especially after activities and when it feels damp or wet.

Avoid using scented pads

During menstruation , avoid using sanitary napkins that contain fragrances, especially if you have sensitive skin . The content of perfume in sanitary napkins can irritate your intimate organs and trigger vaginal discharge .
